Dear Scott, thanks for this material. I work with Design and Education in Brazil, and yesterday I was speaking with 200 teachers from my region showing them the competencies we must have to teach nowadays. From that list, I asked which one is more difficult: to listen. I totally agree with you. A classroom is a pluriverse full of possibilities. Without listening we cannot learn about our students, and we will probably not teach anything they value
